Tammy Robinson is the Operations Manager of FCGC Gymsports, helping to grow the club from 50 participants in the early 1990s to over 1,000 today. With more than 28 years of coaching experience and a lifelong involvement as an athlete, coach, parent, and judge, she brings a well-rounded perspective to the sport. Tammy holds a BA Applied Science in Human Movement & Physical Education, along with postgraduate qualifications in Recreation and Sport and Sports Management. She is passionate about creating inclusive, positive environments focused on fun, fitness, friendship.

Caylie grew up in Canada in her mum’s gymnastics club, first as a gymnast and later as a coach. After working with leading national coaches and pursuing gymnastics professionally at Altadore Gymnastics in Calgary, she moved to Australia in 2018 and joined Twisters Gymnastics. Starting as a coach, she progressed to Recreational Coordinator and now serves as People and Education Manager, combining her passion for gymnastics with developing and supporting people.

Amber Woods is an experienced operations leader and Integrator at Twisters Gymnastics Club. Originally from South Africa, she began gymnastics at age six and joined Twisters at 18, playing a key role in its growth from a single venue to a successful multi-location business.

Known for streamlining systems and building high-performing teams, Amber has implemented innovative processes that have improved both staff efficiency and customer experience.
