Tammy holds a BA Applied Science in Human Movement & Physical Education, along with postgraduate qualifications in Recreation and Sport and Sports Management. Caylie grew up in Canada in her mum’s gymnastics club, first as a gymnast and later as a coach. After working with leading national coaches and pursuing gymnastics professionally at Altadore Gymnastics in Calgary, she moved to Australia in 2018 and joined Twisters Gymnastics. Starting as a coach, she progressed to Recreational Coordinator and now serves as People and Education Manager, combining her passion for gymnastics with developing and supporting people.
